Regional products

We value good, honest regional products. For that reason, we work closely with various local farms that live up to our expectations regarding species-appropriate livestock management. Almost all our raw products come from Saxon suppliers.


In-house production

We have a little butcher’s shop, where all products are prepared following our own individual recipes. Our experienced team makes fresh, tasty meat and sausage products. The range available changes frequently to meet customers’ seasonal needs.



Our own butcher’s shop

In our traditional restaurant, we attach great importance to fresh regional products. We have been running our own butcher’s shop right next door to the restaurant since 2008. It not only supplies the SchillerGarten with selected meat and sausage products, but is also one of Dresden’s loveliest butcher’s shops. We have furnished it with great attention to detail and laid special wall and floor tiles. The lighting accentuates the huge counters, and pretty shuttered windows look out on Schillerplatz. 

The most important thing, however, is of course our products! Customers can choose from a large range of more than 200 home-produced sausage and ham specialities, alongside high-quality meat products. We source most of our goods from the region and have close, personal relationships with our suppliers. Our experienced butchers ensure their products are fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned. 

As well as meat and sausage products, the butcher’s shop also sells a variety of salads and delicatessen items.
